Your Website's Safety Comes First
How We Protect the Sites We Build
Every site we launch is served over an encrypted connection, runs on current software and uses no more plugins than it needs, because each extra component is another door to lock. Administrator accounts are limited to the people who need them, and we set up strong passwords and login protection from the start.
Before launch we test forms, payments and user accounts for the common weaknesses. After launch, sites under a care plan are updated on a schedule, backed up regularly and monitored, so that a problem is found by us and not by your customers.
Small, Regular Tasks Prevent Most Problems
Most compromised websites were not targeted. They were simply out of date. An update that was skipped, a plugin nobody remembered, a password shared years ago: these are the usual causes. That is why our care plans are built on routine. Updates are applied and checked. Backups are taken and tested. Access is reviewed.
If something does go wrong, a clean backup means the site can be restored quickly, and we find and close the weakness that was used before it goes back online.
Security is not a product we add at the end. It is a habit: keep everything current, keep access tight, and always have a backup you have tested.
